Your Settings sections

Settings holds your studio's settings and your own account. Your website's words, logo and colors aren't here; they're in the website builder (Website > Edit website).

Finding your way around

On a computer, the sections of Settings are a menu down the left side, in four groups: Studio, Clients, Tools and Your account. Click one to open it. On a phone, they're a dropdown at the top of the page: tap it and pick a section.

The sections

• Studio: your Studio name and Time zone. The time zone list names places and zones the way people say them, like "Pacific (Los Angeles)" or "Paris, Europe (Central European Time)", with the most common ones first. Under it, Flashslash shows the time right now in that zone. Every session time, reminder and calendar entry uses it. Below that, Business details holds your Business name, Business email, Phone (optional), Email sign-off and Mailing address: the details your emails, newsletters, invoices and contracts use. • Team: invite people, set their roles and remove people. See Invite someone to your team.
• Notifications: the email address studio notifications go to, a daily digest (follow-ups due, upcoming sessions, unsigned contracts), and which reminders clients get: the day before their session, about a balance still open, and before their gallery closes, with how many days before.
• Demo data: remove the example data, or load it again.
• Your data: download your records and gallery photos, your website's privacy notice, and deleting your studio. See Export your data.
• Client portal: the welcome message, the session prep guide, how many hours before a session clients can still reschedule themselves, how many times per booking, the cancellation policy, and the portal's colors.
• Flashslash Assist: turn Flashslash Assist on or off for your studio, choose which parts to use, and see how many AI actions you've used this month. See Flashslash Assist.
• Lightroom: publish from Lightroom Classic. See Publish from Lightroom Classic.
• Security: change your email or password, two-step sign-in, passkeys, sign out everywhere, Flashslash support visits and the activity log. See Your password, email, two-step sign-in and signing out everywhere.
• Appearance: light or dark theme and accent color for the admin, just for you. Below it, Flashslash on this phone adds Flashslash to your home screen and turns on notices. See Use Flashslash on your phone.

Settings that live with their pages

Some settings sit next to the work they shape, not in Settings:

• Whether clients sign the contract before paying, and buffers around sessions: Availability > Booking rules.
• Google Calendar: Availability > Calendar connections. See Google Calendar sync.
• Online payments (Stripe, tips, bank transfer, sales tax): Payments > Online payments.
• Inquiry follow-ups: Automations > Inquiry follow-ups.
• The wording of the emails clients get: Automations > Client emails.
• How new galleries start, your watermark and gallery colors: Galleries > Gallery defaults.

Each section has its own Save button. Changes that affect your site go live as soon as you save.

What your team sees

The owner and admins see every section. Everyone else sees Your account instead, with only Security and Appearance, so they can manage their own sign-in, how the admin looks for them, and notices on their phone.
