Room to grow
When you need more storage or video, move up a plan from Billing; it changes straight away and Stripe works out the difference. Nothing is ever deleted or charged automatically.
Team members
Starter includes just you and Studio includes 3 people; add more at $5 a month each. Everyone gets their own login, and roles decide what they see. Pro includes as many people as you need.

Pixieset sells add-ons on top: extra email ($10 a month per 5,000), extra video ($5 a month per hour) and a photo editor ($12 a month). Flashslash has none to buy. In fairness, Pixieset also has things Flashslash doesn't yet: a mobile gallery app, automatic print fulfillment and that photo editor.
Questions.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted straight away. You can still sign in and see everything, and your client galleries keep working. New work (uploads, new galleries and online bookings) waits until you choose a plan. If you haven't chosen one two weeks later, your website shows as temporarily unavailable until you do. A studio that never chooses a plan is deleted 60 days after its trial ends, with email warnings a month and a week before.
Can I change plans?
Yes, whenever you like, from Billing in your studio. Move up when a busy season needs more room and back down when it's over; Stripe works out the difference on your next invoice. You can switch between monthly and yearly the same way.
What happens if I go over my storage?
Nothing gets deleted and there are no overage charges. We let you know at 80% and again at 95%. Once you're full, new uploads wait until you move up a plan; everything already there stays online.
What does unlimited mean?
Pro's storage has no set limit, under fair use for a photography business's own work. Most studios store far less, but if yours passes about 5 TB (or 1 TB of RAW files), we'll get in touch to agree what suits you best. Nothing is removed or blocked without talking to you first.
How does video work?
Upload MP4 or MOV files straight into a gallery, right beside your photos. Clients watch them streamed in up to 1080p and can download the original (up to 4K on Studio and Pro) and a 1080p copy. Location data is removed before anything is stored. Your plan's video hours count the length of the videos you keep.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month. Yearly plans are paid once a year at a lower price, and that's the only commitment.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, handled by Stripe. Flashslash never sees or stores your card number. Questions about a bill: billing@flashslashapp.com.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Billing, in a couple of clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export your clients, bookings and photos whenever you like.
What do my clients pay you through?
Your own Stripe account, connected in a few minutes. Deposits and balances go straight to you. Flashslash adds no transaction fee on top of Stripe's own.
