Logo, business details and tab icon
Upload your logo and browser tab icon, fill in your website's contact details and social links, and set the business details your emails use.
Your logo, name, contact details and social links are in the website builder. Open Website > Edit website and choose Site on the left. Pick a group to open it, and type: your words save a moment after you stop, into your website's draft, and go live when you click Publish.
Logo and name
Your logo shows in the site header and footer, the client portal, galleries and emails.
- Under Logo, click Upload your logo (or Upload a new logo). A PNG with a transparent background works best. It goes live as soon as it uploads.
- To go back to your name in text, click Use my name instead.
- Short name (your text logo) shows when there's no logo. Full business name is used in your page titles, and in emails until you set a Business name in Settings > Studio.
Browser tab icon: the small icon beside your name in browser tabs and bookmarks. Click Upload icon. A square image of at least 512 by 512 works best. Without one, your logo is used.
Contact
Where you're based, Public email, Phone (optional), Instagram handle (some designs show it as text), Mailing address and an optional place line, like 37.77° N, 122.42° W, that a few designs print as decoration. These are what your website shows.
Business details for emails
Your emails, newsletters, invoices and contracts use the Business details in Settings > Studio: Business name, Business email (where client replies go), Phone (optional), Email sign-off (fills in {signoff}) and Mailing address (shown at the bottom of newsletters and follow-ups; you need one before you can send a newsletter). Until you save them there, your emails keep using your website's details above and your About section's sign-off, as before. Once you save them, your website and your emails each keep their own copy, so changing one doesn't change the other.
Social links
Icons for these show in your website footer: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and X (Twitter). Paste a link or just your username. Leave a box empty to hide that icon. Your Google review link and Facebook review link are here too.
Announcement line
One short line above your menu on every page, like Now booking 2027 weddings or Mini sessions on May 4. Open Announcement line, type The line, add a Link if you like (a page of your site, like /booking, or a full address) and tick Show the line on my website. Keep it to a few words so it fits on one line on a phone. Untick it when the news is old; your words stay for next time. Landing pages don't show it.
Powered by Flashslash
A small link at the very bottom of your website and link-in-bio page. On the Pro plan, Powered by Flashslash shows in the Site panel and you can untick Show it on my website.
Fonts
Your website's fonts come with its design. In the builder, Fonts on the left offers other pairings too. The client portal, galleries, forms and emails use one shared set so they read well on any device. See Website colors and fonts.
