Get help from Flashslash, and send ideas

A real person at Flashslash reads every message.

Contact support

1. Go to Help center > Contact support. The Help center page also has a Contact support button.
2. Under Contact Flashslash support, fill in a Subject.
3. In What's happening?, say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A link to the page helps.
4. Add a Screenshot (optional) if it helps show the problem (JPEG, PNG or WebP).
5. Click Send to support.

We reply by email within 1 business day. Your requests are listed on the same page under Your recent requests, marked Open or Answered.

If your plan has lapsed and the admin only opens on Plan & billing, the Help center still works.

If support signs in to help

Sometimes the quickest way to help is for someone from Flashslash to look at your admin. Every visit is listed under Settings > Security, in Flashslash support visits, with the reason given. Anything changed during a visit is marked Flashslash support in the activity log. Billing, passwords, two-step sign-in, the Stripe connection and team roles can't be changed during a support visit.

Ideas & requests

Wish Flashslash did something, or did it differently? Tell us.

1. Go to Help center > Ideas & requests.
2. Fill in What would you like? and pick an Area.
3. Under Tell us more, describe what you're trying to do and how it would help your clients or your day.
4. Click Send to Flashslash.

Every idea you've sent is listed with its status: New, Reviewing, Planned, Shipped or Declined. The counts at the top show how many you've sent, and how many are planned or shipped.
