Client picks, notes and lists
Limit how many photos a client can heart, and get their picks, notes and lists sent to you.
Clients pick favorites with the heart. These tools help when you need a set number of picks, like photos for an album, or want to hear what they think.
Limit the picks
On the gallery's Settings tab, type a number in Picks allowed (optional), like 30 for an album, and save. Clients can't heart more than that; they're asked to take a heart off another photo first. Leave it blank for no limit.
Send my picks
When a client has hearted photos, a bar at the bottom of the gallery offers Send my picks. They can add a note, like "Could the one by the lake be black and white?", and click Send.
You get a notification in the bell and an email with their picks. On the Client feedback tab, Picks sent lists who sent picks, how many and when, with their note. Click See them to see those photos.
Clients can change their picks and click Send updated picks later.
Notes on photos
In the full view, clients can click Note to leave a note for you on that photo. Notes show on the Client feedback tab under Notes on photos, and Show has a With a note filter.
Their lists
Clients can keep their own lists, like Album or Prints, with Add to list in the full view. Their hearts stay their main picks. You'll see each list on the Client feedback tab under Their lists, with the file names ready to copy into Lightroom.
